Busy lifestyle? Making time for oral health

Juggling a busy career and hectic home life can often leave little time for your oral health, which is why we’d like to highlight its importance as this month marks the Australian Dental Association’s – Dental Health Week 3rd – 9th August.

Regular patients will already know we feel passionately about patient education here at Woombye Dental. Is your routine taking too long? Do you struggle to floss? Ask us for help! Our dental team will be delighted to work with you, showing you the quickest and most effective way to brush and floss so you needn’t waste valuable time.

Why everyone can spare a few minutes for the sake of good oral health

The great thing about oral health is that it doesn’t need to take very long. You simply need to brush twice a day using fluoride toothpaste and you must floss at least once a day. Your food choices are also important and your teeth will love you if you cut down on sugary drinks and foods, especially in between meals. Last but not least, don’t forget your regular check-ups and cleans with us here at Woombye Dental. Just spending an hour or so with us every six months will help avoid lengthier dental appointments to restore dental health and it is a lot easier on your wallet.
